Refund/Cancellations:
All cancellation requests must be in writing. A 90% refund will be made for cancellations postmarked on or before June 24, 2013; a 50% regund will be made for cancellations postmarked on or before July 24, 2013; no refunds thereafter.
Substitutions:
Substitutions are permitted with a $50 transfer fee and written authorization from the original registrant. Substitute must be same membership and registration category as original registrant.
