Director of Operations
I am the Director-Operations for the National Association of Local Boards of Health (NALBOH). I joined NALBOH in September 2007. One of my responsibilities is providing lead staff support for the annual conference. My duties include coordination of abstract submissions, securing exhibitors, and conference logistics.
I have worked in the healthcare field for over 18 years in several roles including Medical Staff Coordinator, Continuing Medical Education Coordinator, and Human Resources Recruiter. I have served as the meeting and event planner in each of these roles for medical staff meetings for 250+ physicians.
I am currently pursuing a formal degree in Event Planning at Bowling Green State University as a part of my event planner certification (CMP).
My husband and I have three adult children and five beautiful granddaughters, with our sixth grandchild expected in 2012.
