Step Forward Together: July 22-24, 2008 In partnership with the This year’s theme is “Step Forward Together: The 2008 Public Health Partners Conference.” This theme highlights the need for ongoing attention to the public health system by strengthening partnerships among the unique network of individuals, agencies, and organizations that work to improve the health of the public. Conference activities will provide attendees with information, skills, and resources to help them improve public health in their communities.
