Membership Categories	Dues
Institutional Member - a board of health or other governing body that oversees local public health services, including state, territorial and tribal councils. This category of members is for those boards who do not belong to a state association of local boards of health.	$120
Institutional Member - a board of health or other governing bodies that oversees local public health services, including state, territorial and tribal councils. This category of members is for those boards who do belong to a state association of local boards of health.	$95
Affiliate Member - a state, territorial or tribal association of local boards of health	$300
Associate Member - any individual committed to NALBOH's goals and objectives	$60
Retired Board of Health Member - any former member of a local or state board of health, a local governing body, or a state, territorial or tribal council	$12
Student Member - any full time student committed to NALBOH's goals and objectives	$20
Sponsor (Non-profit) - any private organization, agency or corporation committed to NALBOH's goals and objectives	$60
Sponsor (For profit) - any public organization, agency or corporation committed to NALBOH's goals and objectives	$300
