The NPHPSP is a collaboration of public health agencies and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) who have partnered to develop clear, measurable performance standards for state and local public health systems to help ensure the delivery of the Essential Public Health Services. The goals of the program are to:
Preview of New “Version 2” Instruments CDC and the NPHPSP partners are pleased to share the updated NPHPSP instruments that have been developed through a collaborative and peer-driven process. We are not able to accept data for these instruments until OMB approval is granted, however we encourage sites to begin reviewing them for planning purposes.
