Legacy Foundation
Established as a result of the Master Settlement Agreement with the tobacco
industry, the American Legacy Foundation's purposes are to conduct a comprehensive,
coordinated program of public education and study, and to fund "cutting
edge research and marketing programs that tell the truth about tobacco use."

This organization promotes the health and well-being of women and families

"CHEF is committed to what health education can do for individuals and
communities." Their site contains links to their projects, the National
Prevention Institute, prevention resources and news and updates. Prevention

Cancer Foundation (GCF)
Developers of the Women's Cancer Network, the
GCF is an organization that raises funds to support philanthropic programs benefiting
women who have or who are at risk for developing a gynecologic cancer. Their

Healthy Cities Foundation (IHCF)
These pages are available in five languages--English, French, Japanese,
Portuguese, and Spanish. The mission of the IHCF is to "facilitate linkages
among people, issues and resources in order to support the development of Healthy

Breast Cancer Foundation
The Susan G. Komen Foundation's mission is "to eradicate breast cancer
