The Center is "the legal action, research and education affiliate of Handgun Control." Its purpose is to build bridges to various groups, including public health officials and health care providers, in a search for solutions to the gun violence epidemic. "The Handgun Epidemic Lowering Plan (HELP) Network is an international network of medical and allied organizations dedicated to reducing firearm injuries and deaths." The site contains information about its membership, publications, conference, state information and national and international statistics.

Join Together
Join Together is a national resource for communities working to reduce substance abuse and gun violence. Their site contains links on latest news, resources, and facts concerning substance abuse and gun violence.

Violence Policy Center (VPC)
The VPC is a "national, nonprofit, educational organization that works to reduce gun death and injury in America by approaching firearms violence as a public health issues. They conduct research on the gun industry, firearms violence, and federal regulatory approaches; develop public policy options and offer analyses of violence-reduction proposals; conduct public education activities; educate policy makers and opinion leaders; and build working coalitions with organization." Their site provides information on these topics and issues.
