State and Territorial Legislative Update

NALBOH is pleased to welcome ASTHO to share  information regarding their tracking of the 2017 state legislative sessions.  ASTHO continues to analyze bills impacting public health and state health agencies, including legislation addressing substance misuse and addiction, environmental health, communicable diseases, emergency preparedness and response, public health workforce, health information and data, community health, and disease and injury prevention.

This session will review this tracking and will provide a national picture of local public health legislative issues and priorities.
